Adapted from Tim Ferriss's "5-Bullet Friday" concept, which I enjoy. I will present compelling bullet lists from the world of Leadership. Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable

  • Push your boundaries to discover where they lie, stretch your capabilities and IQ (this is not fixed)
  • Welcome and relish the challenge of venturing into the uncomfortable zone, knowing lessons will be learned
  • The ultimate goal is "permanent set", i.e., expand and reset a new normal
  • In time, it won't feel as uncomfortable, you will get comfortable with being uncomfortable
  • Wash, rinse, repeat...growth only happens when we continually push ourselves into these situations
